January Update...

Not sure what happened to 2011, but here we are already steaming ahead into 2012 and still no snow ...............sshhhhh, don't say it too loud !!!

We would like to say a huge 'Thanks' to all our customers for the support you have given us over the years - it has been great to see you all in the new shop and we hope you like what you see, if you don't, tell us and we'll fix it if we can !!

We will be starting to get stock back onto the shelves now that our suppliers have opened again after the Christmas break so do pop in for a look-see. Our Decopatch has been extremely popular over the last few months and judging from the way the papers have been selling, there must be a fair amount of knick knacks lurking in garages and store rooms that have been earmarked for 'Decopatching' .................... if you've Decopatched something special, bring it in and let us have a look - we can even take a picture and pop it onto our web page to share with other crafters as well.

That's about it for now - we will be starting to populate our website again in the next week or two ( I'm sure I've said that before !!) now that we have taken stock of exactly what we have to offer, so keep a look out and pop on there to shop if you can't make it into town.

Delivery & Returns

UK, NORTHERN IRELAND & CHANNEL ISLANDS

Our standard postage charge for all UK orders below £40.00 is £2.50 (includes UK Mainland, Northern Ireland & Channel Islands). Postage on all orders above £40.00 to the above destinations is free of charge.

These are usually sent via Royal Mail First Class or Courier

Please note that any orders placed via our on-line store automatically incur the standard postage rate of £2.50 for orders below £40.00.
We aim to post all goods ordered within 1-3 working days from the relevant funds clearing. However, please allow extra time during busy periods and holidays.

If you select "Collect from Store" option at checkout, this would avoid any postage charges and you can come into our shop to collect your order.

If paying by cheque then please note your order will only be posted after the cheque has cleared. When paying by cheque, please make sure you write your order number on the reverse of the cheque, if you can print out your order and send it to us with your cheque this will speed up your order.
We can only accept cheques made payable in UK Pounds Sterling from a UK bank.

OVERSEAS DESTINATIONS

If you reside outside the UK, please feel free to contact us directly and we will be more than happy to look into the possibility of shipping to your required country and provide you with a quote accordingly.

Please note that if your shipping destination is outside of the EU / European Union, you may be liable to pay import duty / taxes upon delivery. These are charges levied by your own country and it is your responsibility to pay these duties / taxes, not ours.

NON-DELIVERY OF GOODS

Please allow 28 days from the despatch date of your order before contacting us if your order has not been delivered. We cannot send out a replacement order until the full 28 days has passed.
