PAYMENT
Payment for online shop orders must be made using PayPal
We also accept payment by cheque or postal order; however, we can only accept cheques made payable in UK pounds sterling from a UK bank.
When paying by cheque or postal order proceed with your shopping as normal then when you have finished and are ready to make your payment simply choose checkout and then select payment by cheque or postal order as your payment method. You can then print your order out and post it along with your cheque or postal order (made payable to “Ruby Rose Crafts”) to the following address:

If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly.
We use technology to track the pattern of behaviour of visitors to our site. This includes using "cookies" which are stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening if required. However the information collected in this way is to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item so if you have cookies disabled, then you will be unable to add products to your shopping cart or indeed return to it at a later date.
We will only E-mail you to inform you of special offers, clearance products, new products etc if you have chosen this option by filling in our registration form.

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control and all data is protected using the most advanced methods available.
We do not store any financial information such as credit card numbers etc. on this site.

ORDERS
All orders placed on this website are subject to availability and acceptance. Ruby Rose Crafts reserve the right to refuse any order received and in such a case a full refund will be given.
CONTACT BY EMAIL
IMPORTANT: If there is a problem with your order we will try to contact you by email. Please ensure our message is not put into your junk or trash folder by adding sales@rubyrose.biz to your contacts list otherwise you may be unaware of our attempt to contact you.
RETURNS
We will happily accept the return of any faulty goods and will provide a full refund for these items and the postage costs incurred when returned within 7 days after receipt of your order.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return any item in its original condition and packaging within 7 days after receipt of your order and receive a full refund but please note, postage costs in this case will not be refunded.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us safely. We strongly advise returning the goods via recorded delivery.
It is imperative that you contact us prior to returning any goods.
If any sealed packets have been opened or damaged then we will class these as no longer being in their original condition and will therefore not qualify for a refund.
By original condition and packaging we mean unused and unopened.
Any returned items received after the 7 days will not be refunded.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Protection ( Distance Selling ) Regulations 2000.
AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
Our online shop works the same way as our retail outlet – if we do not have an item in stock when you visit, you will not be able to purchase it at that time. The ability to purchase an item is suspended as soon as it is out of stock and a note to that effect is displayed against it on the website. Whilst we try to keep as much stock as possible available to you, it is inevitable that some items may be out of stock at times, whether due to high demand or the unavailability of stock from our suppliers. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. However it is our policy to contact you if a product is out of stock.
If possible we can back order out of stock items.
Please note that due to the handmade nature of a lot of our products colours, designs and sizes may vary slightly from those illustrated.
INCORRECT DELIVERY OF GOODS
If delivery of the goods or quantities are different from those ordered then it is your responsibility to notify us of this as soon as possible, no later than seven working days after receipt of the goods.
PRODUCTS
The dimensions of products given on this website are approximations only. Some of our products are handmade or made from natural resources - due to this there may be some minor variations and slight imperfections.
We cannot guarantee the suitability of any of our products for a specific purpose and therefore request customers to conduct their own tests before placing large orders.
